Visiting Barnhaven
We welcome visitors at our nursery all year round and hope you will enjoy the variety of blooms as much as we do.
Opening times
SPRING-OPENING HOURS: February to May, 2.00pm - 5.00pm. Open Tuesday to Saturday.
OPEN-WEEKENDS:
The last weekend in February, the first weekend in March and the last weekend of May. Saturday-Sunday: 10am-6pm.
Visits outside this period are welcome, but please phone ahead to avoid disappointment.
It is also possible to place an order on-line for a pick up at the nursery.
Please note: Payment in euros, French cheques or credit cards. Credit card payment is not possible outside of our normal opening hours.
Seeds: Seeds are also available on-site. Please order ahead so we can prepare your order as they are kept refrigerated.
Wheelchair access: The main sales tunnel is accessible to visitors using wheelchairs.
Toilet: There is access to a dry toilet on site.

Our nursery is situated in France in the Côtes d’Armor, North Brittany. On the road between Plestin-les-grèves and Treduder.

Directions from the centre of Plestin-les-grèves: Take the small road opposite the Mairie between the bike hire shop Véli-Vélo and the bar the Baobab sign-posted Saint Sébastien. Continue on this road for about 5km - carrying straight on at the two crossroads. You will see the yellow nursery sign-post on the right.
Group visits: We offer guided tours of the nursery for Gardening clubs or other interested parties. Visits include growing advice, pollinating, sowing and dividing demonstrations and can be tailored to the interests of your group. Please contact us for more details.
